Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Drive loyalty results through guest service, credit, and loyalty programs.
• Lead cashiers and cross-train associates to maintain cashiering standards.
• Ensure accuracy in transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Coordinate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to boost sales.
• Schedule and support services and in-store events to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and ensure store cleanliness and readiness.
