Responsibilities

• Lead cashier duties, including open/close cashwrap and register functions.
• Provide exceptional guest service and pair guests with associates for makeup, skincare, and demonstrations.
• Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training staff in cashiering.
• Drive loyalty results and sales through guest experience and credit initiatives.
• Maintain store standards and ensure proper cash handling and loss prevention.
