Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi‑task, and problem‑solve.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service at the cashwrap and assist with makeup, skincare, and product demos to drive sales.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates in cashiering.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest readiness.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain store standards and cleanliness.
