As part of the leadership team, you will oversee register operations, assist in new-hire training, and collaborate with store management to meet daily goals while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests and recommending Ulta Beauty products and services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events delivering a premier guest experience.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
• Adhere to policies, dress code, and proper cash handling procedures.
