Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training preferred.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and direct support to cashiers and courtesy clerks.
• Schedule store sweeps and manage cash register supply levels; maintain restroom and parking lot cleanliness.
• Monitor exit doors for security and loss prevention.
• Oversee breaks in compliance with policy and state law; assist with hiring and training of cashiers.
