Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation and role modeling behaviors.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assistants.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks.
• Assign store sweeps and monitor cash register supply levels.
• Ensure security and loss prevention practices at exits.
• Oversee breaks in compliance with policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers.
