Sprouts Farmers Market in Colorado is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced front-end team, deliver outstanding customer service, and mentor Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks. This role emphasizes teamwork, schedule planning, and adherence to store policies while maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

You will handle cash handling with accuracy, assist customers at the register, and support hiring and training efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and cashiering experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and role model in behavior.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers with questions and issues at the register.
• Schedule store sweeps, monitor cash register supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain visibility of exit doors for security and loss prevention.
• Oversee meal and rest breaks in line with company policy and state law.
• Help hire and train new Cashiers and address disciplinary actions.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to team success.
