Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of cashiering experience and leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cashiers and courtesy clerks to deliver excellent customer service.
• Visit registers proactively to provide direction and support.
• Assign store sweeps and monitor cash register supplies; maintain cleanliness in restrooms and parking lots.
• Ensure security by monitoring exit doors and preventing loss.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy and state law.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
