Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience plus leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer service and team interaction skills.
• Able to operate front end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cashiers and courtesy clerks; ensure excellent customer service.
• Visit registers to provide direction, assist with issues and monitor supplies.
• Schedule and oversee breaks; hire/train cashiers and take disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain security, cleanliness and efficient front-end operations throughout shifts.
