VOALA is seeking a Lead Case Manager to coordinate a team delivering housing stability services in the Los Angeles area. You will assess client needs, develop plans, assign caseloads, and ensure timely follow-up and documentation for program eligibility.

The role combines administrative duties with field outreach and requires at least 2 years of case management experience, plus leadership ability and completion of VOALA training within 6 months.

Qualifikationen

• Must pass fingerprint clearance and background check.
• Able to handle emotional stress and challenging client situations.
• Experience in supervision or lead roles is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a case manager.

Aufgaben

• Assign and monitor team caseloads and ensure timely progress.
• Review referrals, screenings and allocate intake to case managers.
• Provide information and referrals for clients and walk-ins.
• Conduct comprehensive screenings to develop case plans.
• Coordinate housing stability plans and service referrals as needed.
• Perform weekly case conferencing and file audits for accuracy.
