Senior Helpers is seeking a Lead Caregiver to support new clients, train staff, and maintain strong communication with the office. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay based on experience, and opportunities for personal certification

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• Current high quality customer service skills.
• Available for 24/7 on call Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Introduction of caregivers to new clients
• Shadowing & Training new and current staff
• Maintain consistent and timely communication with the office and direct supervisor
• Follow policies and procedures of Senior Helpers
• Fill in on last minute shifts if needed
• Help staff develop skills and help with employee retention
