Senior Helpers - Racine, WI seeks a Lead Caregiver to support our compassionate team and help clients live independently at home. You will introduce caregivers to new clients and train staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.

This role emphasizes interpersonal skills, reliable communication, and a commitment to quality service. Flexible shifts, opportunities for professional certification, and a supportive office environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver\'s license and vehicle insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be available for 24/7 on call Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Introduce caregivers to new clients.
• Shadowing & Training new and current staff.
• Maintain consistent and timely communication with the office and direct supervisor.
• Follow policies and procedures of Senior Helpers.
• Fill in on last minute shifts if needed.
• Help staff develop skills and help with employee retention.
