Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Issaquah, WA is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader, delivering hands-on ADL support and coaching the caregiving team to maintain exceptional resident care.

You will review charting for ISP alignment, monitor resident changes, support onboarding, and promote safety and compliance. The role offers a pay range of $22.00–$27.60 per hour plus benefits, PTO, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities
