Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader and ensure high-quality resident care in our assisted living community. You will supervise the caregiving team, coordinate coverage, and model professionalism and compassionate service.

Responsibilities include leading shift assignments, providing hands-on ADL support, coaching staff on quality and documentation, reviewing ISP-aligned charting, and mentoring new teammates while promoting safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care
