Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver in Raleigh, NC to serve as shift leader and frontline supervisor. You will ensure high-quality resident care, mentor the caregiving team, and maintain documentation in line with ISPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage.
• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed.
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards.
• Review charting and ensure ISP alignment.
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.

Pay Range:

15.20 - 19.05
