Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver in California to serve as shift leader, delivering high‑quality resident care and guiding the caregiving team. You will model professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service while ensuring smooth operations and safety.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid and medication administration certifications, strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making abilities, plus experience in assisted living or memory care.
