Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring a Lead Store Associate in Panama City, FL. You’ll lead a store team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensure compliance, and uphold standards in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Starting hourly pay rate is $17.50/hr with open weekday, evening, weekend, and holiday availability. You’ll coach staff, manage daily operations, verify IDs, drive sales, and participate in inventory and loss prevention efforts while representing the Curaleaf brand with

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 6 months in retail store operations or leadership.
• Experience using POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming environment and coach your team to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive consultative selling and enrollment in rewards programs.
• Verify IDs, manage POS profiles, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate opening/closing duties, cash reconciliation, and loss prevention practices.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to drive team performance.
