Job summary

Curaleaf Milton seeks a Lead Store Associate to guide a busy retail team and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a compliant environment. You will lead by example, coach associates, drive sales, verify IDs, manage cash, and ensure inventory accuracy while upholding SOPs.

This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, and offers pay from $17.50 to $19.25 USD per hour in a dynamic cannabis retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 1 year using POS systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in retail.
• Minimum 6 months in store operations, including opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
• Curaleaf team members need a minimum of 6 months as Store Associate showing consistent performance.

• Drive consultative selling with open-ended questions and active listening.
• Enroll guests in the rewards program and capture customer insights.

• Promote a respectful, inclusive, collaborative workplace and strong teamwork at checkout.
• Execute opening/closing duties, daily huddles, and cash reconciliation.
• Verify IDs and maintain accurate POS profiles.
• Maintain inventory integrity and lead counts and audits.
• Keep a clean, guest-ready store and uphold SOPs and safety guidelines.
