Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate for a new Mary Esther store. This full-time role requires open weekday, evening, weekend, and holiday availability. You will lead a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure a compliant, high-performing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a welcoming environment and coach your team.
• Drive consultative selling with personalized product recommendations.
• Enroll guests in the rewards program and capture customer insights.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready store environment.

• Lead opening/closing duties and cash reconciliation.
