Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Milton, FL to deliver exceptional guest experiences while guiding and inspiring a store team. You will act as a brand ambassador within our retail operation, drive performance, and help maintain a welcoming, compliant, and high-performing store environment.

The role requires open weekday availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with opportunities to grow through performance and leadership development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1 year of POS system and cash handling experience.
• 6+ months of leadership in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a welcoming guest experience and coach the team.
• Empower associates to build relationships through personalized guidance.
• Drive consultative selling and stay informed on promotions and product updates.
• Lead opening/closing, cash reconciliation, and inventory handling with accuracy.
• Support store leadership with training, coaching, and conflict resolution.
