Job summary

Curaleaf Findlay is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our brand and guide customers through our cannabis product selections. You will deliver top-tier service, upsell when appropriate, and help maintain a welcoming, compliant retail environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months in customer-facing sales, with POS experience and flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Provide personalized product advice and upsell when appropriate.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage POS duties.
• Open/close the store and maintain stock, shelves, and cleanliness.
• Meet daily sales goals and promote loyalty programs.
