Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1 year of POS systems and cash handling experience.
• 6 months of leadership experience in retail.
• 6 months of store operations experience including opening/closing procedures.
• Store Associate experience for 6 months with consistent performance.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety, and loss prevention.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a high-volume setting.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
• Multitasking, time management, and tech proficiency.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and guide your team.
• Coach associates to build meaningful customer relationships and upsell.
• Drive consultative selling with open-ended questions and active listening.
• Enroll guests in rewards program and capture customer insights.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain a welcoming, compliant, and high-performing store environment.
• Execute opening/closing duties and cash reconciliation.
• Verify IDs and maintain POS profiles.
• Ensure inventory integrity and accurate order fulfillment.
• Lead inventory counts and participate in audits.
• Stay informed on promotions and product updates for a seamless experience.
