Job summary

WaTech is seeking a WCSM Business Analysis Supervisor to guide a team of business analysts within the WCSM PMO, ensuring clear, value‑driven requirements across L&I and WaTech. The role supervises complex enterprise system analysis, mentors analysts, and aligns business needs with technical delivery.

The position emphasizes leading high‑complexity requirements sessions, translating technical concepts, and creating dashboards and reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• 10 years of IT-related experience performing business analysis functions.
• Experience in elicitation, tracking, and documentation of business and functional requirements.
• Experience liaising between business and technical staff and translating requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Experience leading meetings and facilitating complex requirement sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentoring, and supervision to personnel on the BA team within the WCSM Program PMO.
• Communicate expectations, complete performance appraisals, and provide professional development opportunities.
• Lead high complexity requirements sessions with executives, product owners, program leaders, SMEs, and technical partners.
• Ensure creation and approval of future state workflows, business rules, and cross system integration requirements.
• Guide creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, use cases, process flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Perform gap analysis and resolve conflicts, gaps, and ambiguities.
