Qualifications

• 10+ years of business analysis experience with requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Knowledge of Project Management Framework.
• Knowledge of large-scale IT operations and IT industry trends.
• Skill in defining all types of requirements, functional specifications, and other deliverables.
• Skill in interpersonal relationships, negotiating among multiple parties and managing conflicts.
• Ability to create clear, complete, and actionable requirements documentation.
• Ability to ensure accuracy in documenting system functionality and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with government regulations or compliance frameworks.
• Experience in project management and leading a team or workgroup.
• PMI-PBA or IIBA CBAP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, manages, and implements WIC MIS requirements documentation project plan; coordinates activities and translates MIS functionality into requirements.
• Provides guidance to team members in analyzing current systems and documenting business requirements; conducts gap analysis.
• Develops expertise in the assigned application; obtains stakeholder sign-off on requirements and priorities.
• Collaborates daily to monitor progress, identify issues, and report status.
