Qualifications

• 5+ years of related business analysis experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience supporting large IT initiatives, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Adaptability with changing technologies, requirements, and business environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate product direction into clear, buildable requirements—epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders and reconcile them into a single set of decisions.
• Document business rules, processes, and data requirements for quoting, ordering, pricing, catalog, entitlements, and renewals.
• Represent the business in scope and prioritization discussions.
• Analyze and document business needs and proposed solutions with product owner and stakeholders.
