Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
• Operate, maintain and repair boilers, pumps, valves, and distribution lines.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety and compliance with codes and company policies.
• Keep records, produce monthly reports, and participate in safety training.
