Responsibilities

Operate and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems for assigned properties.
Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance and inspections.
Monitor energy management and adjust controls to ensure comfort and efficiency.
Repair doors, ceilings, floors, and fixtures as needed and ensure safety compliance.
Document activities and report to supervisor; respond to emergencies promptly.
