Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Lead Building Operating Engineer to oversee the safe, reliable operation, maintenance, and repair of critical building systems at the Colorado HQ. You will provide day-to-day leadership, coordinate with vendors, and ensure BAS, life safety, and power systems meet performance standards.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on supervision, and collaboration with the PNC Facility Manager to align with project goals and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site building operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and life safety systems.
• Ability to coordinate with external vendors and client facilities teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead operation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of building systems (HVAC, power, plumbing, life safety, BAS).
• Schedule and document critical system ITM activities using client systems and processes.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to on-site staff; prioritize and review work orders.
