• Lead the operation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, emergency/standby power, UPS systems, plumbing, life safety, and building automation systems (BAS).
• Schedule, manage, and document critical systems inspections, testing, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate third-party service providers and ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight to on-site engineering staff.
