Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six years in building maintenance with HVAC/electrical trade schooling.
• Universal CFC certification required.
• Knowledge of tools: ladders, lifts, hand tools, voltmeter, etc.
• Electrical work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of engineers and technicians in preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Assign work via CMMS and ensure quality control.
• Train team members on equipment maintenance.
• Maintain mechanical, electrical and power generation systems in critical environments.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all operations.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to perform duties.
