Job summary

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 4 years of technical and supervisory experience in building engineering with a strong repair/building maintenance background.
• Advanced mechanical and electrical aptitude with ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and technical support to the Engineering Services team as SME in maintenance repairs.
• Manage work orders and building information systems; coordinate with Operations Manager/Chief Engineer on priorities and estimates.
• Plan and schedule engineering work aligning with priorities; coordinate purchasing and inventory control.
