Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or equivalent with facility management experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• 7+ years of progressive facility-related experience in CRE or similar environments.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex mechanical and electrical systems operations.
• Monitor refrigeration/HVAC/boilers; optimize with preventive maintenance.
• Manage building infrastructure, vendors, and inventory.
• Champion safety and regulatory compliance; develop safety training programs.
• Develop high-performing engineering teams; mentor engineers and maintenance staff.
