Job summary

The position leads a team of Operating Engineers and Customer Service Technicians to perform preventative maintenance and respond to work orders, ensuring reliable building operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, six years in the maintenance field, and Universal CFC certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; minimum six years in building maintenance.
• Trade school degree in HVAC, electrical, or related trade.
• Universal CFC certification required.
• Union training and certification acceptable.
• Electrical trade experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Operating Engineers and Customer Service Technicians in preventive maintenance of building equipment.
• Assigns work using CMMS and performs quality control verification.
• Trains team members on equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Maintains mechanical, electrical and power generation equipment to support critical environments.
• Ensures safe operation of systems in compliance with regulations and SOPs.
• Interprets blueprints and specifications to perform duties.
• Inspects and repairs pumps, fans, valves and motors.
