Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle leads the operation, inspection and maintenance of mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment at The Campus at Marlborough. The Lead Operating Engineer will supervise the team and work with the Chief Engineer on-site.

The role requires 3–5 years in repair/maintenance, OSHA 10, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This on-site position offers a stable day schedule with optional on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.
• Trade/technical education or union training is desirable.
• OSHA 10 or equivalent safety training, or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Assist in supervising and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain CMMS work orders and respond to tenant service requests.
• Support on‑call or emergency response situations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and training.
