Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in front-of-house service.
• Positive, proactive team player with good communication.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash/transactions.
• Clear and effective communication with all staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensures service standards and proper execution.
• Displays expert knowledge of our menus and guides guests through the Tupelo experience.
