Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Supervisor, Biomedical Equipment Technician to lead a team of Biomedical Equipment Technicians. The role involves planning resources, guiding daily operations, and ensuring safe, compliant service across diagnostic and therapeutic devices.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with the CE Operations Manager, and oversee maintenance, calibration, and repair activities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in biomedical or electronics technology.
• Valid driver's license.
• CBET certification preferred.
• Typically 5 years of experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of Biomedical Equipment Technicians.
• Plan and allocate team member and vendor resources.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair non-imaging diagnostic and therapeutic medical devices.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support safety and customer-service rounding; participate in meetings.
• Mentor technicians and student interns.
