Job summary

Thomson Reuters Corp. in Eagan, Minnesota is seeking a Lead/#1 Press Operator to oversee the production line on our Core Publishing Solutions team. You will operate state-of-the-art offset and digital presses and lead a crew, with a $2,500 signing bonus after 90 days.

The role is on the 2nd shift (2:30p-10:30p) with potential overtime and weekends. Experience leading teams, strong mechanical skills, and familiarity with Lean/continuous improvement are required to drive quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Experience leading and training others in an industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical/technical troubleshooting and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and training to crew for optimal performance.
• Ensure smooth line operation and quality output; lead Tier 1 meetings and Gemba Walks.
• Train temps or transfers to support workload; motivate and build teamwork.
