Reuters in Eagan, Minnesota is seeking a #3 Bindery Operator for the Core Publishing Solutions team. You will perform setup tasks, monitor equipment and troubleshoot to maintain quality across high-volume print runs.

The role offers a 3rd shift from 10:30pm to 6:30am with overtime and weekend variations. A $2,500 sign-on bonus applies after 90 days in role and a comprehensive benefits program supports growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; vocational/technical degree strongly preferred.
• Good mechanical/technical ability with troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Lean concepts and continuous improvement a plus.
• Ability to read measurements and use rulers.
• Strong communication and teamwork during shift hand-offs.

Responsibilities

• Review job specs for materials and setup requirements.
• Perform setup tasks and monitor equipment quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; coordinate maintenance when needed.
• Document activities in Tier Boards and SAP/MII systems.
• Support safety programs and meet productivity standards.
