Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals, with a growth path into a proactive analytical partner.

You’ll embed with the business from day one, collaborating with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends, perform retrospective analyses, and ensure insights are used to drive decisions. This is a hands-on role for someone who cares about impact.

Qualifications

• Expert SQL and ability to work with unstructured data to extract insights.
• Owns reporting and drives data literacy across teams.
• Links data to campaign performance and revenue levers.
• Advanced LookML development (or equivalent in BI tools) is required.
• Curiosity and business depth to partner with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across our verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends.
• Ensure dashboards are used, understood, and acted on, not just built.
• Lead standardization of dashboards and establish a data source roadmap.
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses across experiments and CAC performance.
