Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals, with a path to become a proactive analytics partner. You’ll collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management from day one to uncover trends and drive decisions.

You’ll be embedded with the business to ensure the work is used, understood, and acted on, not just built into dashboards to be handed off.

Qualifications

7+ years in business intelligence or analytics with end-to-end reporting experience.
Experience with messy, third-party data and cross-functional partnerships.
Ability to translate business needs into dashboards and actionable insights.
Strong data storytelling and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across multiple verticals.
Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and conduct retrospective analyses.
Ensure dashboards are adopted, used, and drive business decisions rather than just delivered.
Develop scalable LookML/BI solutions with awareness of downstream impacts.
Deliver proactive retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.
