Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision‑making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will be embedded with business teams from day one, partnering with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and drive impactful insights.

The role focuses on end‑to‑end reporting, dashboard standardization, and building a proactive analytical partner who ensures data is used

Qualifications

• Expert SQL and ability to extract insights from unstructured data
• Ownership of reporting, standardization, and driving data literacy
• Optimization of performance marketing through data-driven levers
• Advanced LookML development or equivalent in BI tools like Power BI/Tableau
• Curiosity and business depth to become trusted analytical partner

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decisions across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals
• Collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends and perform retrospective analyses
• Ensure dashboards are used, understood, and acted on rather than only delivered
• In 30/60/90 days and beyond, standardize dashboards and establish trusted data sources
• Build a self‑serve analytics environment and partner with business teams on actionable insights
