Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals with a clear growth path into becoming a proactive analytical partner who helps the team see around corners.

You’ll be embedded with the business from day one, partnering closely with our Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover meaningful trends, conduct retrospective analyses across

Qualifications

• Expert SQL and ability to extract from unstructured data.
• Ownership of reporting and data literacy across teams.
• Experience driving performance marketing data insights.
• Advanced LookML or BI modeling across platforms.
• Curiosity and business depth to act as analytical partner.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends.
• Standardize dashboards and enable self-service analytics.
• Deliver retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, CAC.
• Ensure insights are used, understood, and acted on by teams.
