Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management from day one to uncover meaningful trends and drive data-informed decisions.

This role is remote-first with a strong emphasis on turning dashboards into actionable insights, not just visuals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI/analytics with performance or affiliate marketing.
• Own reporting end-to-end from data ingestion to dashboard.
• Experience with messy, complex third-party data.
• Partner with business teams to uncover trends.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Knowledge of LookML or equivalent in BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting infrastructure for multiple verticals and drive growth.
• Collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends.
• Ensure dashboards are used, understood, and acted on.
• Develop roadmap to standardize reporting across verticals.
• Build proactive retrospective analyses across experiments and CAC performance.
