Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals, with a growth path into a proactive analytical partner.

You’ll collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends, perform retrospective analyses across experiments and CAC performance, and ensure insights are actually used to drive business decisions.

Qualifications

• Expert SQL and comfortable with unstructured complex data, extracting accurate insights from raw data.
• Ownership of reporting, standardization, adoption, and data literacy.
• Optimization of performance marketing through data-driven levers.
• LookML development or equivalent in BI tools to architect complex models with downstream awareness.
• Curiosity and business depth to become trusted analytical partner, not just a builder.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals (Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, Marketplace).
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends and conduct retrospective analyses.
• Develop standardized dashboards and enable self-service analytics while ensuring data is used and understood by stakeholders.
• Build trust with the business through education, best practices, and proactive analytics deliveries.
