Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.

You will be embedded with the business from day one, partnering with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and ensure insights are used to drive action, not just reported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in BI/analytics with exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
• Own reporting end-to-end from pipeline to dashboard.
• Work with messy, complex third-party data and partner with business teams.
• Curiosity and business depth to become a trusted analytical partner.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across multiple verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and insights.
• Ensure analytics are used, understood, and acted on, not just built.
• Drive dashboard standardization and enable self-service analytics.
• Develop LookML/data models with awareness of downstream impacts.
