Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and deliver analytics that inform strategic decisions.

You will be embedded with the business from day one, ensuring dashboards are actively used and understood, not just built.

Qualifications

• Expert SQL and ability to extract insights from unstructured data.
• Experience owning reporting end-to-end for teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to optimize marketing performance through data-driven insights.
• Advanced LookML or Power BI/Tableau modeling and design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals.
• Collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends.
• Ensure dashboards are used, understood, and acted on by business teams.
