Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and deliver analytics that influence decisions.

You’ll be embedded with the business from day one, ensuring dashboards are used, understood, and acted upon rather than handed off.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI/analytics with exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
• ownership of end-to-end reporting from data to dashboards.
• ability to handle messy, third-party data and partner with business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals.
• Embed with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends and outcomes.
• Transform how data sources are developed and standardized with LookML/BI tools.
• Drive adoption of dashboards and ensure insights are acted on by business teams.
• Build a trusted analytical partner by moving beyond dashboards to actionable insights.
