Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You'll be embedded with the business from day one, partnering with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and drive action.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business intelligence with end-to-end reporting.
• Strong SQL expertise and ability to work with messy data.
• Experience driving reporting adoption and data literacy.
• Experience with performance marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Audit current reporting and standardize dashboards across verticals.
• Bridge business context and data to identify key levers.
• Lead LookML structure changes with awareness of downstream impacts.
• Develop standardized, self-service analytics capabilities.
