Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own and evolve the reporting infrastructure across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will be embedded with business teams from day one, partnering with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and drive evidence-based decisions.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in business intelligence or analytics with end-to-end reporting experience.

Qualifications

Expert SQL and comfortable with unstructured data.
Reporting ownership, standardization, and data literacy.
Performance marketing optimization—link data to levers that move business metrics.
Advanced LookML development (or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau).
Curiosity and business depth; partner to drive decisions, not just build dashboards.

Responsibilities

Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
Embed with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and run retrospective analyses.
Transform raw data into standardized dashboards that teams actually use.
Be a proactive analytical partner, ensuring work is understood and acted on, not just delivered.
Develop a roadmap for trusted data sources and LookML changes with awareness of downstream impacts.
