Launch Potato seeks a Lead BI Developer to own reporting infrastructure across verticals including Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace. You’ll partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management and drive data-informed decisions.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in BI/analytics, expert SQL, LookML or equivalent, and experience turning messy data into trusted dashboards that move business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI or analytics with performance/affiliate marketing exposure.
• Experience owning end-to-end reporting from data ingestion to dashboard.
• Ability to work with messy third-party data and partner with business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals.
• Collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends.
• Standardize dashboards and drive adoption across teams.
• Ensure LookML structures minimize downstream impact.
• Deliver retrospective analyses across experiments and CAC performance.
